Product introduction
YZW-Y series microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo rock direct shear apparatus is developed in accordance with the national industrial standard (SL264-2001) Code for Rock Tests of Hydroelectric and Water Conservancy Engineering, (JTG E41-2005) Test Methods of Rock for Highway Engineering, and the national standard (GB/T50266-2013) Standard for Test Methods of Engineering Rock Mass, and based on the existing products at home and abroad, the testing machine is the new-generation rock and concrete testing equipment adopting double-circuit electro-hydraulic servo technology to apply loads (or independently adopts one-circuit vertical or horizontal load applying to complete the single-axis loading test requirement), double-sensor technology, microcomputer control and software processing technology, and it can be used for direct shear tests of rock structural surface (such positions as joint surface, bedding surface, schistosity plane and splitting plane), rock and cement planes of concrete or mortar and rock, and shearing strength tests of bonding surfaces of concrete and other materials. The control unit of this machine consists of computer and servo oil pump control system, and it has (normal @ horizontal) stress, (normal @ horizontal) displacement double-circuit double-channel closed control modes, and during the test process, it can realize multi-stage load holding and multi-stage shear tests. The instrument is featured by compact design structure and beautiful style, easy maintenance and convenient operation, and the whole test process can realize automatic control under WIN7 through the microcomputer; it is initiative at home, and at the international advanced level. It is applied to water conservancy and hydropower (geology) survey and junior colleges and other scientific research institutions.

Main features
Full digital closed loop control system and software feature

1. The full digital closed loop control system is composed of upper machine, lower machine and signal acquisition template. The communication between the upper machine and the lower machine is connected by the universal RJ45 line (Ethernet cable). It adopts upper and lower machine control mode to directly control the hydraulic system to work normally. It guarantees system safety and long-term stable loading of tests. It has force and displacement collection function, and system emergency stop function.
2. The sensor adopts online calibration and automatic correction. The software is provided with automatic zero clearing system of displacement and force value, eliminating human reading errors and other factors.
3.  Computer screen display, i.e. speed, force value, displacement and other parameters are displayed on the computer, real-time display of current normal and tangential force values, peak values, test process information and current displacement and automatic analysis and calculation in the database. During the test process, real-time recording of test curves, display and storage, high-speed sampling; directly determination of C, Φ and μ values;
4. Users can set control system parameters according to different experimental models. The area, height, environment temperature and other parameters of each group of test can be changed or filled according to the actual situation.
5. System safety protection setting. Provided overload protection, when the force value or displacement exceeds the rated theoretical value of testing machine, it will automatically unload and stop tests.
6. System control mode: Force control or displacement control. You can control the test progress, and you can select loading grade, loading step length, loading amplitude and loading rate.
7. Software function, highly freely customized. During the test process, operators can edit on the site according to the actual situation, being simple and convenient. In order to adapt to various ever-changing demands or in order to operate non-existing standard experiments, the software adopts full open software structure. You just conduct according to your specific test demands. After setting the loading object and control object according to the loading path of test, the upper machine will automatically download the loading process to the lower machine to operate and complete the test requirements that you set.
8. Display and printing of relevant curves of historical test data. Statements can be issued: shear stress-shear displacement curve, shear stress-normal displacement, shear stress-normal stress curve; stress-strain curve, force-time, force-displacement curves can be displayed at the same time, and the feature points on curves can be freely extracted. Data and statement processing function, providing users with special statement editing tool oriented to graphical layout, having features of flexible operation and being easy to learn, being convenient to print test curves and test values;
9. Test data storage. The common storage formats of test data can be set according to the requirements of users, such as text, EXCEL and ACCESS.
