Product introduction
Microcomputer MMH-1 control multifunctional ring on block friction and wear testing machine in dry friction and oil lubricated conditions to achieve rubber / metal / plastic material of friction and wear test; load, temperature, speed adjustment in time; real-time feedback on the friction coefficient, wear gap, temperature, rotate speed and so on signal acquisition; algorithm to wear test optimization.
Main structure and composition
1. This machine consists of three parts: the host computer, the electronic control system and the computer control system.
2. The host for the bedroom structure, composed of a base, spindle system, test chamber, the test force sensor, heater, temperature sensor and speed drive motor and other components.
3. The control cabinet is composed of a control cabinet, control panel, composed of electric control circuit and control system.
4. The computer system consists of host computer, display, printer, data acquisition card and interface circuit.
