Product introduction
The microcomputer controlled waterproof roll electronic tensile testing machine is a new door-type double-space material testing machine, and it applies to tensile and other mechanics performance tests of waterproof roll. The waterproof roll tensile testing machine satisfies GB/T18173-2006 test standards and requirements, and the waterproof roll tensile testing machine can automatically test the maximum force value, fracture force value, maximum elongation amount, tensile strength, breaking strength, maximum elongation, elongation at break, stress under specified elongation, elongation under specified stress, elasticity modulus and other parameters of materials.
This machine adopts a computer for control, acquisition, analysis and processing of test data, drawing of stress-strain, force-time, stress-displacement curves, and it can print test reports; this machine adopts the latest control technology, and the AC servo speed regulating system with stable performance and motor as the drive system; the synchronous toothed belt deceleration system specially designed and ballscrew pair drive the moving beam motion of testing machine, and the testing bench can run at the speed of 0.001~500mm/min, with high speed regulating precision. When the high-precision spoke-type sensor is used on the force measuring source, its precision can reach 1%, with high sensitivity, and the whole system can reach the precision of Grade 1; it is equipped with a commercial computer of leading brand as controlling machine, for setting of test parameters, controlling of working condition, data collection, processing and analysis, display and printing of test results; the measuring control system is configured with the SMART TEST control system. The control and data processing software based on database technology and with Win7 as operating platform replaces the traditional Nixie tube and oscilloscope with the virtual instrument technology, realizing the screen display of test force, peak value of test force, beam displacement, specimen deformation and test curve, and all test operations can be completed by means of mouse input on the computer screen, with good human-computer interface and convenient operation; the two-channel full digital program-controlled amplifier plugged in the PC machine realizes physical zero setting and gain adjustment, as well as automatic shifting, zero setting and calibration of test force measurement in the real sense, without any analog adjustment link, and with high integration of control circuit, potentiometer and other mechanical adjustment devices are completely cancelled, with simple structure and reliable performance. The comprehensive application of the said technologies guarantees that this machine can realize the closed-loop control of test force, specimen deformation and beam displacement, and it can realize constant force, constant displacement, constant strain, constant speed loading cycle and constant speed deformation cycle tests. Users can use the PC machine expert system for independent setting of such control modes as constant stress, constant strain and constant displacement, and various control modes can be smoothly switched.

Functional characteristics
1. The user interface supports Win7, real-time curve display, statement and curve processing, curve visualization, software structure modularization, data storage and processing based on MS-ACCESS database, being convenient for connection with OFFICE and office software.

5. Powerful curve analysis function
You can select various curves, such as load-deformation and load-time curves, and select the real-time display of one or more curves. The curves of samples of the same group may be made in different colors and superposed and compared with each other, and the curves can be traversed; any section of test curves can be partially enlarged for analysis, and it supports display and marking of various feature points on the test curves; it also supports automatically or manually taking points from the curves for comparative analysis, and the curves marked with feature points can be printed and output in the test reports.
6. The Smarttest software supports setting of automatic judgment, and after specimens yield, it will switch deformation to displacement collection, and it will remind users of “deformation switching finishes, and the extensometer can be removed” on the operation interface.
7. Automatic return: The movable beam can automatically return to the initial position upon tests.
8. Automatic calibration: Load and extension can be automatically calibrated according to the standard value added.
9. Mode of measurement range: The whole measurement range is not graded.
