GGW-60H welded (low pressure liquid) steel pipe bending testing machine is special equipment for plane bending test of metallic steel pipe. This equipment is a new product developed in accordance with GB/T244-2008 /ISO8491: 1998 Metallic Tube Test Method. It applies to the bending test methods for metallic pipe stipulated in such standards as GB/T13793-2008 Steel Pipes with a Longitudinal Electric (Resistance) Weld, GB/T3091-2015 Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Liquid Delivery, and GB/T8162-2008 Seamless Steel Tubes for Structural Purposes. It has been unable to complete the steel pipe bending test in Section 5.5 Technological Properties in GB/T3091-2015 Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Liquid Delivery (welded pipes with outer diameter no larger than 60.3mm (≤Φ60.3mm)) at high efficiency and in a standard way. Technicians of Jinan Puye successfully researched and developed the special bending testing machine for welded (low pressure liquid) steel pipes through the cooperation with relevant experts and test units, and the machine can complete the steel pipe bending test in Section 5.5.1 Technological Properties in GB/T3091-2015 Welded Steel Pipes for Low Pressure Liquid Delivery at high efficiency. This product is widely used by test units, metallic pipe plants and pipeline enterprises for inspection of bending performance of metallic pipes. GGW-60 welded (low pressure liquid) steel pipe bending testing machine is a product developed on the basis of GW-40 steel bar bending testing machine, and for steel pipe specimens of different nominal diameters, just change corresponding bending core bushings, adjust the bending radius and change rollers. With reliable precision, ease of use and long service life, this equipment is the most perfect welded (low pressure liquid) steel pipe bending testing machine at present.
